I'm Alan Katowitz, a Vancouver-based photographer working across portrait, event, and commercial photography for the past 15 years. My work has covered everything from quiet family portraits to large corporate galas, product campaigns for brands you'd recognize, and weddings I'll remember as long as my clients do.
What I look for, every time, is the moment that wasn't posed. The breath before the speech. The hand that finds the other hand. The food that's still warm. My job is to be present enough to see it, and prepared enough to keep it.
