What I've Built with Claude Code
(Real Projects, Real Results)

I want to be direct about something: every project I'm about to describe is live and running right now. Not a prototype. Not a demo I built for a pitch. These are systems that handle real traffic, real data, and real business operations every day — built with Claude Code.

I've been building with Claude Code since Anthropic released it, and I want to give you a clear, honest look at what it can actually do. Not the hype version. The real version — including what took longer than expected and what surprised me.

Project 1: InfoSylvita — A 17,000-Business Latino Directory

This is the biggest thing I've built. InfoSylvita is a full SaaS product — a directory of over 17,000 Latino-owned businesses across Canada, with user accounts, business claiming flows, a Stripe payment integration, admin moderation tools, and a bilingual interface in English and Spanish.

The problem it solves: there was no central place for the Latino community in Canada to find and support their own businesses. I built InfoSylvita to fix that.

What Claude Code built:

This would have taken a development agency 3–4 months and $40,000+. Claude Code built the core product in under two weeks, with me directing every step.

The live site is at infosylvita.com. Go check it — it's a real product.

Project 2: The Automated Marketing Jobs Board

You're on the same site right now. The marketing jobs page you see at arce.ca is fully automated — it scrapes 14 different job sources daily, deduplicates listings, and presents them in a clean, filterable interface.

What Claude Code built:

I built this in one session — about 4 hours of back-and-forth with Claude Code. The whole thing runs on autopilot. I haven't touched the scraper in weeks.

Project 3: Competitor Intelligence System

I built a pipeline that takes a list of competitors and produces a weekly intelligence brief. Every Monday morning, it automatically searches competitor websites, pricing pages, ad copy, and social content — then generates a summary with strategic insights.

What it does:

I've since deployed versions of this for clients in fitness, real estate, and local services. The brief lands in their inbox every Monday. They don't have to do anything.

Project 4: AI Daily Social Pulse Brief

Every morning at 7am, this system scans Reddit, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and relevant news sources for trending topics in a target industry. It then generates 3–5 ready-to-use content angles with hooks, captions, and talking points — delivered by email.

The client opens their email, picks an angle, and posts. That's it. No research, no blank-page anxiety, no scrolling for inspiration.

Technical stack:

Project 5: Automated Job Research System

Built for a healthcare professional who was job searching. The system searches 12+ job boards and hospital career portals daily, filters listings by relevance using AI scoring, and auto-generates a tailored cover letter and CV summary for every matched role — delivered to a Google Sheet.

What would have taken 2–3 hours of daily searching now takes zero. The client reviews their sheet in the morning and applies to pre-matched, pre-covered-letter roles.

What This Actually Tells You About Claude Code

These aren't toy projects. They're production systems with real users, real data pipelines, and real business value. Claude Code built all of them — but I want to be clear about what that means.

Claude Code is not magic. It's a tool that dramatically amplifies what a skilled person can do. I direct every build: I define the architecture, make the product decisions, debug the edge cases, and ship to production. Claude Code writes the code, runs the commands, and iterates based on my feedback.

The reason these projects work is that I know what I want to build and I know how to guide Claude Code to build it. If you've been wondering whether Claude Code can build something real for your business — the answer is yes. The question is whether you have someone to direct the build.

That's exactly what I do for clients. You bring the business problem. I bring Claude Code and 15 years of knowing what actually works.
