Most of my week is content distribution

Marketing, AI implementation, directories. At the core: getting content out.

Line illustration: a single sheet of paper on the left, with a bundle of wires fanning out to a spread of small screens and envelopes; the sheet is the terracotta accent.

I do a lot of things. Marketing, AI implementation, directories, a journaling bot. The thing I do most, week after week, is content distribution. I am becoming proficient at it.

These are the numbers from my own projects. No client work. Every piece below comes from a process I automated and a schedule that runs without me.

The machine — one plan in, every channel out

How I do it

  1. 1

    Content plan

What each project says, how often, in what format. One offer per project. The plan decides the volume before any tool does.

  2. 2

    Distribution paths

Where each piece lands: which site, which platforms, which email list, at what hour. Every path gets written down before it gets built.

  3. 3

    Claude builds it

The crons, the image routes, the captions, the fan-out to every platform. I direct, it ships.

  4. 4

    I validate

Health checks every morning, a growth report every Monday, and I read what went out. What stops working gets fixed or cut.

If you'd like help with this, it's what I do.

Content plan, distribution paths, the automation that runs them, and the checks that keep them honest.
