We built a social media machine for car dealerships

Every car posted the day it lands on the lot.

Dealerships sit on the best content in town and post almost none of it. The product changes every single day — cars arrive, cars sell, prices drop — but somebody has to take the photos, write the caption, and publish on four platforms. So most stores post a handful of units a month and the feed goes quiet. Meanwhile the whole lot is for sale.

So we built a machine. It watches the store's inventory feed. The moment a unit is added, it builds a branded post — photos, trim, kilometres, price, a link to the listing — and publishes it to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google. Nobody on the team lifts a finger.

The deal — the car arrives, the internet finds out

A real auto-generated post — published the day the car hit the lot

My favourite part is what happens when a car sells. The post comes down on its own and goes back up with a SOLD sticker — so the feed never advertises a car that's gone, and every sale tells buyers this lot moves. Between arrivals, the machine posts buyer-timing content: the best months to buy, end-of-quarter incentive windows, when trucks hit their seasonal lows. The store stops being a billboard and becomes the local voice people follow before they're ready to buy.

The outcome for the dealership is simple. Every unit gets seen the day it arrives. The feed is always current. And the sales team wakes up to inquiries on cars they didn't know had landed yet. It does the work of a full-time social hire, every day, for a fraction of the cost.

If you run a dealership — or any business where the inventory moves faster than the marketing — this is the kind of system we build. See the full dealership system →

Every car. Every platform. Same day.

The full breakdown — how it works, what a feed looks like, and what it costs — lives on the service page.
